We are excited to welcome Tracy Ferguson to Colorado Concrete Repair! Our vision at Colorado Concrete Repair is to be the best decorative concrete flooring specialists in Colorado, exemplifying trustworthiness, consistency and dedication to details. To help us achieve such a grand vision, Tracy Ferguson, wife of owner Nick Ferguson, joined our team Fall 2015. She is settling into her new role, attending trainings, like the Polished Concrete Troubleshooting Training at Prosoco in Lawrence, Kansas, and most recently attending the Arizona Polymer Flooring Training at Jon-Don in Denver, Colorado. Tracy is diving into all aspects of the business and is especially excited to help people and businesses beautify their concrete and to help streamline business processes. She has been supporting Nick with his business endeavors since they first started dating in 2009 and is glad to finally team up with him and the crew.

Concrete Finisher Career

Tracy’s background is in Journalism and call center management. Tracy attended University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. She then moved to Denver, Colorado, shortly after to pursue a career with Aimco, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in their centralized call center. She supported call center operations for 5 and a 1/2 years working various roles within the center.concrete

In Tracy’s spare time, she enjoys reading fiction novels, listening to her favorite podcasts, Be Still Be Free and The Tim Ferriss Show, going for walks with her dog, Betty, or just relaxing with family and friends in front of a movie or a good game of Ticket to Ride. Tracy’s feels really good when the house and office are organized, when she finishes a good workout, or when she checks tasks off her to-do list. She loves to grow professionally and personally and feels really lucky to be able to make this big step to help Nick manage Colorado Concrete Repair. Tracy was fortunate to participate and then graduate in an internal leadership program at Aimco in 2014, as well as complete two speeches in Aimco’s Toastmasters group. These both helped her grow professionally. Now she’s excited for her next step! Please welcome Tracy to our team!
